Anisa Guess is the HR Generalist here at Sasco River Center. Originally from Hartford, Connecticut, Anisa earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from Western New England University in 2021. Since then, she has developed expertise in recruiting and streamlining HR functions, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
In her last role as an Associate Recruiter for a staffing agency, she developed an interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work, spearheading multiple programs to create a more equitable work environment.
