Patricia received her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from the School of Education and Human Development at Fairfield University. Before joining Sasco, Patricia gained extensive clinical experience working with individuals, couples and families at Ridgefield Youth Services Bureau, Koslow Center for Marriage and Family Therapy at Fairfield University and Lifebridge / Fairfield Counseling.
Trained in family systems and solution focused models of therapy, Patricia collaborates with her clients in creating positive change in their relationships and lives.
Patricia works with couples, parents, families and individuals in successfully navigating the challenges and stressors of the various lifecycle developmental stages. Patricia brings a systemic perspective to her clients, viewing each individual, couple and family relationship as having their own unique strengths. She works with clients in identifying and changing patterns of relating or behaving which interfere with the healthy developmental growth of individuals, as well as couple and family relationships. Patricia believes in the importance of establishing an empathetic, safe and compassionate therapeutic relationship in which all clients feel supported.
