She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness‑based interventions for children, teens, and young adults. Her work focuses on anxiety, depression, and obsessive‑compulsive disorder, as well as performance‑related stress in young athletes.
