Ethan is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who works with children and adolescents as young as 10 years old, while also providing therapy for adults in and around Fairfield County. He believes therapy should be a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow at their own pace. With children, he uses developmentally appropriate and engaging strategies—often incorporating play, talk, and skills-based interventions—to help them build emotional regulation, coping skills, and healthy ways of expressing themselves. In his work with adults, Ethan draws from different modalities to help clients better understand thought patterns, manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and align their actions with their values.

  • Approach to therapy is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Ethan grew up on Cape Cod and now resides in Fairfield with his wife and dog. He enjoys a wide variety of hobbies including cooking, golfing, traveling and playing games. Some of his favorite experiences include seeing a World Series Game and going to London to see the Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour
